On December 21, 2019, our company received an emergency phonecall from end user. One of their steam turbine on site have to be shut down due to excessive vibration, and also after open the case, they also found several big problems. Our company quickly contacted with the original manufacturer of the steam turbine and go to the user factory overnight; after one day of careful inspection, the three parties confirmed the final overhaul solution; then after nearly 20 days of hard work day and night, in accordance with the strict operation process, earnestly doing every job, we achieved a successful cover case one time, and successfully started up the steam turbine, and also finished the dynamic balance testing on site etc., which won high praise from users and increased our confidence in handling key and big equipment at user’s site for service maintenance!
